Tell me a little about yourself?
My name is Roberto Pina and I am 31 years old. I have two boys, they are 6 and 10 years old. I’m a full time worker, I enjoy playing on my play station, watching football and spending time with my family.
What is your role within Proceed?
I am a recycling operator at DHL Tyrefort
Tell me about a average day in your working life with Proceed?
Normally the days are busy, putting the cardboard, plastic and poly through the machines, that turn into bales/sticks. During quiet periods we go to outside areas litter picking, sweeping and tidying where required.
How has your position changed since joining Proceed?
Started as a standard operator, but as time went on I gained some trust from my Site Manager and my confidence grew. So when the Site Manager is on annual leave I look after things on site, ensuring tasks are done, collections are made and the shift runs smoothly.

I enjoy the working environment and the team bonding.
