I just wanted to drop a quick message to thank you all for your hard work in working with us to get to the point where most of our cleaning team have received payments from the government, and to thank Del for going above and beyond to help the two staff who have not had payments this morning, one of whom still doesn’t seem to have grasped that this situation is actually none of our doing!
Thank you so much for working with us to make payments in advance, which has exposed us all to some risk but I think we all feel was justified in the circumstances.
Del and I caught up today and we couldn’t believe it is only 6 weeks since we met.. well it actually 8 but it does feel like we have worked together longer 😊
I’m proud to be working your company and you both and I look forward to working together going forward on some mundane tasks!

Simon, Stuart and Sam have done a fantastic job at integrating Proceed’s systems and processes into my company’s cleaning provision. The transition from previous supplier to Proceed was seamless, with updates provided on any development and plenty of on hand implementation with the TUPE’d cleaning team.
The first few weeks of Proceed have shown me what I was lacking from the previous supplier in terms of proficiency, innovation and first rate client contact. The cleaning team appear to be working to a higher standard already which is great to see given they are the same people as with the previous supplier… just under great new management! I would be more than happy to recommend Proceed to any companies who’s cleaning provision has become somewhat stagnant and who are looking to make a positive, behind the scenes, change to their working environment.

They were one of 4 companies who had been offered this invitation. During the tender process, Proceed carried out a full due diligence of our site and returned several times to attend meetings and undertake inspections of all areas to ensure that they fully understood the brief and our requirements. They quickly identified some of the more difficult issues we were experiencing and were able to develop a fully costed proposal that fitted both our requirements and our budget. They carried out a presentation to my Facilities Management Team and we are all very impressed with their professionalism and enthusiasm. 18 months into the contract, Mark and his team are still preforming exactly what they said they would do. They are on site every week supporting us and their cleaning teams. This past year has been tough and challenging for Subsea 7 but Proceed have helped us to reduce our annual cleaning cost by furloughing staff from the cleaning team during and after the lockdown periods, and by adjusting working arrangements for the team to align with our current business needs – all whilst still maintaining the high standard of first-class service we expect. Proceed are well placed in their field and constantly provide us with the latest innovations and chemicals to help protect our employees. I would have no hesitation in recommending Proceed Solutions. They are a refreshing company, where nothing is too much trouble.

Due to the nature of our business and having a combination of a factory area and office area, it was not easy to source a cleaning company who would be able to service both. A particular area of concern was our machine shop, where cleaners are required to ensure fluid levels in machines are kept at certain pre-determined levels. This is crucial to operations.
What made ‘Proceed’ stand out from the very start was their amazing attitude and confidence in terms of being able to provide an outstanding service.
Throughout the tender process, we were very impressed with the way Proceed handled everything and the ideas of innovation that were offered to us. They paid a lot of attention to detail during their site visits and this was evident at the point the proposal was issued. Since the start of the contract, we have been receiving testimonials from different parts of the business about the quality of work and efficiency in terms of introducing new technology, taking on challenging tasks and resolving issues as and when they arise. Also the cleaning staff appear to be a lot more motivated and they feel that they have full support from Proceed.
Their approach is very hands on and this is exactly what we were looking for. We are receiving weekly site visits to ensure things are running smoothly. All requests including sickness and holiday cover are dealt with very effectively, even at short notice.
We are receiving monthly reports from Proceed, providing a very good visibility of how the account is run – including suggestions and innovation. Each area manager receives a detailed cleaning report of their area as often as required which helps them monitor the quality and quantity of work.
Based on the above, I am more than happy to recommend Proceed Solutions.
Karina Davy – Head of ProcurementI can confirm Proceed Solutions have worked with Mitchells and Butlers as a duct and canopy cleaning contractor, since April 2019, after being awarded three areas during the tender process. They have continually delivered their KPI’s on an all Green basis from the start of the contract. This was rewarded by them being offered two more areas when an incumbent contractor went into administration. Having increased to looking after 400 sites in a short period of time they continued to deliver all targets and KPI’s. Mark, Paul and Christine and their engineers work well with our maintenance team to provide solutions to any issues they find while cleaning our systems and put right any issues our GM’s may highlight to them. On the odd occasion that complaints have arisen these have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently. As their supplier relationship manager, I have been impressed with their dedication to the contract and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for their duct cleaning services.
