Background:

Proceed Solutions have a great background in Kitchen canopy & Extraction fan cleaning with several National Breweries working with us already. When Mitchells & Butlers were looking to tender this service for their 1700 locations, we were excited at the opportunity. After a very competitive tender process over a few months Proceed Solutions were awarded 3 of the 21 regions across the south.

Challenges:

TUPE transfers would form a major part of the labour from the outset of this contract with the outgoing companies looking to transfer the staff to Proceed Solutions. The mobilisation period was set at 3 months allowing time to put in place the new fleet of vehicles, equipment and training required for this contract that would see all teams working remotely. Proceed Solutions simultaneously looked to recruit a dedicated Helpdesk operative who would control the dally scheduling of over 1000 planned canopy and extraction cleans per annum along with any emergency and special target cleans.

Solutions:

Proceed Solutions are renowned for their organisational skills and communication with their clients, in this case it will be paramount while dealing with over 400 separate public house locations. Being the eyes and ears for the client and reporting back electronically would be the key.

Results:

Proceed Solutions have now been up and running with this contract for just over two months and are very proud to announce that we have been the top performing company within our field for the first two monthly reports, we certainly feel this is no coincidence and put it down to the Proceed Solutions team work and ethics that runs through the heart of the company.
