Gail’s career journey is nothing short of inspiring. Over the past 25 years, she’s held senior sales and operations roles with blue‑chip names like Lovell, Balfour Beatty, The Co‑operative Bank and Kingdom Services Group. Along the way, she took a leap into entrepreneurship, founding and running her own cleaning business while raising a young family, before returning to the corporate world as a seasoned leader.

In her first few weeks with us, Gail has dived straight in: getting to know our teams, meeting clients, and gearing up for a series of exciting contract mobilisations across the Northwest. Her blend of strategic awareness and genuine warmth is the perfect match for our people‑first approach.
