Our React Division has played a pivotal role in supporting the CBRE | Three Mobile contract over the past 6 months, delivering a wide range of reactive cleaning services including graffiti removal, flood response, carpet cleaning, and signage restoration.

When cleaning requirements fall outside of regular schedules, CBRE benefits from an agile partner capable of responding within 4 hours of a callout. Localised resources, a skilled in-house team, and excellent communication throughout the process ensures we meet urgent demands quickly and professionally.

From day one, we made a conscious decision to deliver this vital function in-house, so our high standards of customer care would never be compromised or diluted.

We started Using proceed at the start of 2025 as our preferred cleaning supplier at the time could not cover an urgent deep clean of a retail store who were not trading.Within an hour of contacting Tom Richards in the evening , he had a team on site and ready to go first thing the following morning despite never working on our contract before.

Ever since then, they have been our main cleaning contractor responsible for over 300 retail shops UK wide and have always turned around jobs and service reports for us well within our SLAs to a top-class standard.
