
Proceed Operations – Southern Conference
Last week we hosted an operations conference at our HQ for the southern division. The two day event was led excellently by our Operations Director Stuart Bradley and Operations Manager Dan Williamson.
This department has grown significantly in recent years, and the opportunity to get everyone together to learn, share best practices and socialise was a massive benefit.
Both days were filled with exciting updates, system improvements and the sharing of valuable information.
Simon Hobbs – Led a discussion on contract mobilisations and the importance of cost sheet maintenance and budgets 💰
Molly Day – Gave an overview of new HR systems, employee onboarding and outlined our approach to the management of our most valuable asset, our people 🤝
Tom Richards and Barrie Richards – Immitated a sales presentation, sharing the vision we deliver to clients with the wider team 📈. This included a demonstration of our new sustainability reporting tool, due to be launched later in the year ♻️
Lee Day – Delivered an insight into the importance of marketing and brand awareness ©️
