Our Operations teamwork with our clients to set up QR Codes at various locations within a building or contract, these QR codes are pre-loaded with questions and reminders linked directly to the cleaning specification. Our front-line cleaning teams scan the code, complete the questions, add pictures if necessary and submit the form.
The data is collated on our cloud-based system with a unique login provided, the information is presented on a dashboard and is available to download at any point.
