Proceed Secures Record Breaking Six-Year National Cleaning Services Agreement with a Leading Manufacturing & Logistics Provider

Following a highly competitive tender process, Proceed is incredibly proud to announce the award of a six-year national agreement with a major UK manufacturing and logistics organisation to deliver cleaning services across their nationwide distribution network. This significant contract will see us provide both contractual and reactive services at over 45 sites, further strengthening our position as one of the UK’s leading independent alternatives to the larger TFM providers.

Our partnership with this client began over five years ago, supporting two of their flagship Midlands locations with cleaning and waste management services. From day one, our strategy has remained consistent: build strong relationships, deliver on our promises, and remain agile in our approach. This commitment laid the foundations for what has now grown into a national opportunity.

The tender process was transparent, structured, and detailed, giving us the perfect platform to demonstrate the initiatives and first class service we’ve successfully delivered on a

smaller scale. As Proceed has continued to grow, our capability and infrastructure have also evolved, positioning us perfectly to extend our proven model across the client’s entire UK network.

Proceed successfully mobilised the portfolio in three phases over the summer months, working closely with site-based management teams, welcoming new colleagues, and finalising commercial arrangements with the client’s central procurement team
