As mental health awareness week draws to a close, it gives me great pleasure to announce our new initiative #BreatheOut. Breathe out is a series of discussions about mental health with people from within our industry. These discussions will always take place outside and ‘on the move’ with the aim of highlighting the importance of talking, particularly if you are struggling and also the benefits of physical activity all while raising money for the incredible charity #Mind.
