Proceeds Special Projects and Kitchen Hygiene Division were awarded this prestigious prize during a recent performance review meeting. Over the course of the last 5 years we have provided a range of specialist cleaning services to the UKs leading hospitality brand, both scheduled and reactive.

Initially we only completed a small amount of work on their behalf, but through consistent delivery and willingness to go above and beyond we have managed to cement ourselves as their go-to provider for cleaning and associated services.

Here’s what Jennie Smith, Director of Building Maintenance had to say;

I’m sorry I couldn’t be there for your award presentation but please rest assured just how much I and We really do value everything you and your team do.  We often call on you in an emergency and you never fail to respond and to action as quickly as possible

You’ve made a huge difference and have offered immense help and support whenever needed, then delivered exceptional service and support beginning to end

Thank you again

Jennie

Our Managing Director Mark Day has been actively involved in the account from the very start and had this to say;

We believe our approach to customer service is what sets us apart from our competition, the business was founded in 2018 and has scaled to £15M in turnover for 2024.  This growth is largely down to the relationships we build with our clients, and the trust we gain from delivering upon our promises. Typically, when we meet with new clients and talk through their frustrations there is a  common theme, and when creating Proceed we wanted to face into them.

Despite the organisation growing significantly since our inception, there are no plans to compete with the industry’s largest IFM providers.  When we founded Proceed we identified a niche in the market for an innovative, forward thinking and sustainable family run business that put employee welfare and service delivery at the top of the agenda.

I am extremely proud to receive this award, however it is very much a team effort and the critical roles that Paul Williamson, Ryan Merrett and Christine Masterson have played cannot be overlooked. All three have been instrumental in getting us to this point, I could call any of them at anytime to discuss this account and their response is always laced with enthusiasm and positivity.
