Proceed Solutions’ Brian Hockley has been given a commendation by the Fire Service for implementing the fire evacuation procedure at Princes Mead Shopping Centre when a small fire broke out. We are happy to reward Brian for his quick thinking on what potentially could have been a serious incident.
