Area Manager South Central
Mobile Specialist cleaner required. M6 corridor region

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Area Manager based in and around the M25 area. Previous experience is essential but full training will be provided. you must have the energy to provide customer service at the highest level, be highly motivated, and above all, love the industry.

This is a full-time position and the hours will be flexible to meet the needs of your clients and sites under your direct control. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in high-quality service delivery and stable working history.

We are offering a company funded vehicle, business incurred expenses, profit share, commission package and a generous commencement salary.

The role of Mobile Specialist Cleaner will include:

  • General cleaning duties such as covering holidays
  • Cleaning communal areas
  • Removing rubbish
  • Cleaning/tidying up after flood damage
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Completing accurate daily work reports & KPI’s
  • Emergency call out
  • Dealing with blue-chip clients on a day to day basis

  • A current driving license is also essential.

Skills and Experience

  • Working knowledge and experience of undertaking general cleaning duties
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines & prioritise workload
  • Excellent customer skills required
  • A working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
  • A current driving license is also essential.

Average of 40 hours per week, £25K to £30K per annum.
