A New Day at Proceed HQ

We’re delighted to announce that Molly Day has been appointed as our new Office and HR Manager.

As the daughter of our Managing Director, Molly continues the Day family legacy within Proceed Solutions, helping to shape a bright future for our team. Bringing her own unique skills and enthusiasm, Molly is ready to make her ‘Mark’ on the business in 2025.

Here’s what our Commercial Director Tom Richards had to say on the appointment;

I am pleased to say that we are in a position to formally announce Molly joining the business. Our Recruitment team supported with filling the vacancy and we were inundated with candidates, however from the first stage interview until the final there was a standout performer.  Molly has an infectious energy and a clear willingness to embrace the Proceed culture. She has vast experience in all critical office management functions, including payroll, HR, customer satisfaction, commercial proposals as well as significant operational awareness. It’s a really exciting appointment and I wish her all the best in her new role
