At the Forefront of Innovation
Introducing innovation into the workplace is one of the biggest challenges facing most cleaning contractors. New technology, cleaning methods and materials offer significant benefits for contractors and clients alike.
Look at the examples below, and you will see how we have repeatedly led the way in our sector. From the implementation of groundbreaking IT solutions, environmental improvements, the introduction of state of the art cleaning equipment and pioneering the latest chemical-free cleaning methods, Proceed Solutions leads by example.
Our Bespoke IT Tools Bring Tangible Benefits
By reducing paperwork and enabling fast, accurate monitoring we can reduce costs, improve performance and increase motivation. That’s why it makes perfect sense to invest in developing computer software and mobile apps that allow us to carry out routine activities such as quality auditing, attendance monitoring, staff training and stock taking.
Rather than using “off the shelf ideas”, we invest in bespoke solutions that provide greater visibility into our practices through easily accessible real-time data available to our clients as well as our managers.
We have equipped our site management teams with electronic tablets, smartphones and laptops to carry out these monitoring and auditing procedures which in turn provide accurate, up-to-date information during formal meetings including:
- Real-time KPI Monitoring
- Easy to understand graphical data representation showing trends at a glance
- Real-time task and location recording for performance management and health & safety oversight.
- Cost Tracking for Better Profit & Loss accountability.
Mindful of the environmental impacts in our business, we advocate the use of chemical-free cleaning using ozone water (O3). By adopting this approach, we remove cleaning products from transportation, storage, COSHH training and reduce Risk Assessments.
Our equipment turns tap water into Ozone Water, a powerful environmentally safe cleaning agent, by the addition of oxygen and electricity. Ozone Water can be used to clean all types of surfaces with cloths, mops, scrubber dryers, leaving a sanitised and clean area once applied.
Improving Efficiency with Flow Cleaning
We pride ourselves in delivering high standards cost-effectively. Flow cleaning is the best way to achieve these twin aims. Typically involving 4-5 cleaners, each member is assigned a specific task such as dusting vacuuming, emptying waste, cleaning toilets, with the team leader completing the final check and switching off lights.
The flow cleaning methodology harnesses the power of peer pressure to ensure that the work progresses quickly yet to a high standard. Each operative monitors their predecessor’s work, adding additional benefits such as increased productivity, better supervision, conservation of energy, reduced equipment and lone working conditions.
Proceed solutions have adopted this approach with a range of commercial clients including shopping centres, office buildings, and student halls of residence. In all cases, the results have been highly satisfactory for everyone concerned.
