Tell me a little about yourself ?

My name is Sam Noon, I’ve been with the business since July 2021. I’ve been in the facilities management industry for 4 years now, starting when I was 16 as an evening cleaner which led to being a key account manager at 20. Despite my young age, I’ve got extensive knowledge in the industry and have been accountable for servicing a well known high street retailer across the UK. I’m incredibly passionate and excited for the future with Proceed and what I can contribute.

What is your role within Proceed ?

My role within Proceed Solutions is a Key Account Manager.

Tell me about a average day in your working life with Proceed ?

In this business, no day is the same! From client meetings to mobilising new contracts, I always find myself facing a new challenge which is what I strive for however an average day would be conducting site visits were investing and developing our team is the number one on the agenda to ensure our service is of the highest quality. Liaising with clients and understanding their requirements to ensure we exceed their customer service experience.

How has your position changed since joining Proceed ?

Since joining in July, I’ve found that I’ve grown as an individual which its truly down to the supportive and experienced team around me. I thoroughly enjoy the day-to-day challenges that I face and building new relationships whilst investing and developing our team.
